ditch the doubt and back yourself with confidence
You're here because something happened that cracked life wide open and made you question everything.
Maybe it was a divorce or end of a relationship that shaped your life for years.
Maybe it was a health scare that made the preciousness of time feel very real.
Maybe the children have grown up and the house went quiet in a way you weren't expecting.
Or maybe it was a moment you couldn't ignore anymore - a big birthday, difficult year, loss.
Whatever the catalyst was, it is undeniabe that something has to change.
Your life isn't falling apart or in crisis, but that version of you who built this life needs to reset to who you are and what you want now.
The persistent decision "I refuse to spend another year feeling like this" deserves to be heard. And this is where The RESET comes in.
(But Here's Why It's Hard)
You might think: "I just need to get my act together." "I should be able to figure this out." "I need to stop overthinking."
You try to push forward. You listen to some podcasts. Buy another book which makes sense, but doesn't actually create a any significant change.
It's overwhelming and frightening to think about having to start from scratch. So you stay busy. Too busy to really think about what isn't working, why and what you can do about it.
Meanwhile, the feelings continue - that deep pang in your stomach and irritation in your voice.
You tell yourself, 'everyone else has their shit together or it could be worse'...and you stay still, ruminating, hoping that one day, it will all magically work itself out.
Because the thought of actually stopping and looking under the bonnet, is uncomfortable and confronting. You're too busy and it feels overwhelming.
Another birthday passes.
Then you find my page.
Spends two hours rewriting a two-line email, then lies awake wondering if the tone was right.
Runs around after everyone else even when she's already at capacity, then feels guilty for sitting down, as if resting makes her lazy.
Replays other people's opinions of her long after they've forgotten the conversation.
Asks everyone what they think, then still doesn't know what she thinks.
Knows something needs to change, has no idea what, and is exhausted from going round in circles alone while the calendar moves and nothing else does.
Says yes to things she doesn't want to do, feels the resentment building quietly, but can't say no without feeling rude, letting someone down, or admitting she can't cope doing more.
Doubts her own judgement so much she asks three friends before buying a sofa, and asks ChatGPT if her text sounds "too much."
Feels like an imposter, quietly dreading the day everyone clocks she's winging it.
Wants more fun in her life, not just more doing.
Thinks everyone else has life figured out. (Spoiler: they don't).
Is ready to feel confident, trust her own decisions and finally value her time.
(The RESET in motion!)
In 2019, my life changed enormously when I was diagnosed with my first brain tumour, aged 41.
Everything stopped, not just logistically, but internally.
The plans I had, the pace I was moving at, the things I thought could wait, were all suddenly up for question.
People assume a life-changing event comes with a big ah-ha moment, instant clarity on exactly how to move into the next chapter. Especially if you're capable, functioning, the one everyone else turns to. I know now life is rarely that neat.
I was recovering from serious surgery. Adjusting to a completely different pace. Caring for my two ND daughters. Navigating a divorce. All while living in the unknown.
Internally, everything felt different. This was the time for real change.
Here's the thing though, I didn't go into crisis mode. Turns out I'd been inadvertently teaching this exact stuff as a confidence coach for 15+ years, I just hadn't had to properly stress-test it on myself before. Now I did.
People kept telling me how lucky I was. "You should be grateful. You should make the most of this." Translation: don't push your luck, don't rock the boat, just be thankful and carry on as you were.
No. Fuck that. This was exactly the time to make lots of change. In for a penny, in for a pound.
I knew, more than ever, that time wasn't promised to anyone, and I was ready to stop waiting.
That experience forced me to stop. To question. To really look at my life and decide what actually worked for me now.
Not what made sense on paper. Not what other people expected. What felt true for me.
That's when The RESET method was born, the framework gave everything I already knew a simple structure to actually build on, one I still keep building on now.
Since then, I've been guiding other women to create the changes they want, without the guilt, the relentless circling, or waiting for it all to magically fall into place.
It's a simple process. Proven in real time, when life was about as muddy as it gets. And I still come back to it regularly for my own resets, because life keeps 'lifing', and these tools hold up when you need them most.
Your head is full. You're tracking everything - appointments, conversations, what needs doing, what might go wrong.
You manage everyone else's needs, but rarely give yourself the space to sit, breathe and check in with what you actually want.
And when you do try to slow down, there's a kind of low-level panic. Because if you stop... you might have to face the bigger question: What do I actually want now?
And underneath all that noise sits a simple truth: you can barely hear your own voice anymore.
Inside The RESET:
Strip back the mental clutter by spotting the invisible drains on your time, energy and headspace, the people-pleasing, over-functioning and obligations you never chose, so your mind can finally breathe and settle
Reconnect to what genuinely matters to you now by identifying the values, needs and non-negotiables that guide your decisions, so choosing your next step becomes easier and feels right
Create a simple personal filter that helps you instantly see what aligns and what doesn't, so you stop overthinking and start making steady, confident decisions
Outcome: You hear yourself again. You feel steady. You can think clearly without spiralling.
You've spent years taking care of everyone else - being the good employee, the good wife or partner, the good caregiver to children, pets, aging parents, high-maintenance friends. You're everyone's go-to, get-it-done person, and they love you for it.
And it worked. Until it didn't.
Your needs got pushed down the list. Guilt crept in whenever you thought about putting yourself first. And now there's a quiet resentment you can't ignore anymore.
You know the boundaries in your relationships need to change.
But every time you try, that voice kicks in:
"Don't be selfish." "Don't let people down." "Just keep going." "Everyone says how strong I am".
Inside The RESET:
Reintroduce rest, fun, spark and small pockets of joy into your daily life, so you feel energised and fulfilled instead of running on fumes
Create boundaries that feel natural by learning how to ask for help without feeling like you can't cope, and communicate without drama, so your life supports you instead of overwhelming you
Reclaim personal space by creating a weekly rhythm that ring-fences your time and energy, giving you mental and emotional space to grow into your next chapter with clarity and excitement, not pressure and expectation
Outcome: You keep the promises you make to yourself first. You make decisions that reflect who you are now. You stop needing permission to give yourself space, time and energy to do what you love and enjoy.
Whenever you've found yourself at a crossroads, you've asked for directions. From parents, teachers, partners, friends, mentors, maybe even a tarot reader or ChatGPT! And you waited to make a move until your decision earned a nod from all of the above.
The trouble with this is: you trust other people's judgement more than your own.
But you're the one who knows your life and your heart, best.
Inside The RESET:
Unpack why you learned to stop trusting your own inner voice in the first place, and how self-doubt became so loud it drowns out your intuition
Rewrite the old stories of being the capable and brave one, the fixer, or the one who never drops the ball so you can make decisions that reflect who you are now, not who you had to be
Rebuild your self-trust through a series of small decisions that show you (and your nervous system) that you can rely on yourself again
Outcome: Your inner voice becomes louder, and this time, you know how to listen. You'll be able to decide what is and what isn't working for you and you'll have the tools to change it without second-guessing yourself back to inaction.
You stop prefacing sentences with "I know I should be grateful but..." You are grateful AND you want more. Both are true
You say no to the family event you don't want to attend. Send a two-line message. No guilt spiral. No over-explaining.
When someone raises an eyebrow at your choices, you don't explain or justify.
The constant questioning and criticising yourself has quieted. And if it starts, you know how to pull yourself back.
You make a choice and move on, and if it doesn't work out, that's OK. You know you can handle whatever comes next.
Not the version of you from before.
The version of you now, who actually fits your life with energy and purpose.
(and feels bloody good!)
Renewed self-trust and solid inner confidence, enabling you to make decisions that genuinely reflect who you are now and feel fully alive!
Because you know life is too short to keep waiting for the 'right time'.
